How to set up online registration for your season in under 15 minutes

Walk through program setup, waiver attachment, publishing, and what families see at checkout — then watch the roster fill itself.

Registration season does not have to mean paper forms, chasing waivers, and reconciling payments in a spreadsheet. With Loople Online Registration, you set up a program once and families complete checkout on their own.

1. Create the program

Start a new program and fill in the basics: name, schedule, price, and capacity. This is the same information families will see when they browse what's open — so write it the way you'd explain it to a parent at the snack stand.

2. Attach the waiver

Add your required waiver to the program. Every registrant will accept it during checkout, with a timestamp stored on the registration record — no photocopies, no missing signatures.

3. Publish

When you're ready, publish the program. It becomes discoverable to families immediately. You can still edit details later if the schedule or price changes.

4. What families see at checkout

A parent opens the program, picks which children are registering (from their Family Account), agrees to the waiver, and pays — all on one page. No account juggling. No leaving to finish later.

5. Watch the roster fill

Every completed registration lands in the program roster and member directory in real time, connected to the family's account. Payments reconcile automatically. You're done with the paperwork chase.

Next: share a Broadcast to the right programs when registration opens, so the right families hear about it first.
