Fixes for feeds, lists, and community switching

This release is about staying oriented and getting unstuck — not a redesign.

When you send a broadcast from a community, Loople keeps you in that community. Owners shouldn’t hit a false Access denied flash while the app is still finishing sign-in. And if the Everything feed or a list can’t load, it won’t spin forever — you’ll see what went wrong and a Retry button.

• Broadcast quick action stays in the current community

• Admin cold-load: no Access denied flash while auth finishes

• Everything feed: timeout → error + Retry (no infinite loading)

• Other list surfaces: same fail-open pattern
